By accessing or using the heyGrafiker platform (heygrafiker.com), its design suite, or exporting graphics through our tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy & Data Policy.
2. Nature of Service
heyGrafiker is an open design studio built to empower individual and organizational creators to produce professional social media graphics, posters, and invitations without subscription barriers or software fees.
3. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
- User Ownership: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all designs, graphics, and files composed and exported (PNG, JPG, SVG) through heyGrafiker.
- Commercial Use: You are granted unrestricted rights to use, publish, distribute, and print your created artworks for personal, commercial, or institutional purposes.
- Open Assets: Templates, geometric shapes, and vectors provided by the platform are licensed for unrestricted creative use.
4. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to produce material that infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable laws, or defames third parties.
- You agree not to engage in malicious activities targeting client scripts, server availability, or security infrastructure.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
Because heyGrafiker operates client-side without central cloud backups, the platform cannot be held liable for local data loss arising from cleared browser caches or device failure. Connecting your personal Google Drive is recommended for automatic persistence.
